When you consistently provide great service for your community, recognition is well-earned.

Started by one guy (spoiler: his name's Shannon) and growing into a recently-opened 17,000 square foot facility, a Brainerd stalwart for automotive body repair got featured on FenderBender.com.

Shannon's Auto Body in Brainerd Featured on Fender Bender

Shannon's Auto Body opened in 1996. With the Brainerd Lakes Area being a vacation destination, the usual clientele for auto body work is more than just cars, trucks, and SUVs. Recreational vehicle (RV) repair, marine (boats, Hoss) repair, even snowplowing...because it's northern Minnesota.

They outgrew their previous location and (after extensive renovations) moved into the old Pamida building in east Brainerd last year.

Fender Bender has nothing to do with the booze-loving robot from Futurama; it's a heavyweight among websites dedicated to auto body repair. To get featured is a big deal.

As a former loooooooongtime Brainerd resident, it's cool to see a local business get recognized. Most everybody I know (including myself) have dealt with them at some point, and they've never disappointed.

As a former classic rock jock in Brainerd, I remember seeing Shannon at Moondance Jam every year, and always with a big smile on his face.

Cheers to Shannon and the crew! Proof that hard work and good people can bring great success (those last two words are to be read in a Borat voice). Very nice!
