Minnesota Wild Fire Coach Todd Richards

ST. PAUL (AP) - The Minnesota Wild have fired coach Todd Richards.

General manager Chuck Fletcher made the announcement Monday, a day after the Wild's season ended with a win over Dallas.

The 44-year-old Richards had a 77-71-16 record in two seasons as the Wild's head coach.
