Local 411 – Wanted: Rubber Soled Shoes For The Needy

WHAT'S HAPPENING

The Albany High School Environmental Club is collecting shoes to be recyled. They are only able to accep rubber soled shoes, in good condition. The shoes will be going to people in need of shoes.

There will be boxes available to drop shoes off at the high school. If you have an elementary student,  your student can bring shoes in to their teachers, who will collect them.  We'll keep track of how many each grade brings, and the grade level who collects the most will receive a special prize at the end.

The drive will run through Tuesay, December 15th.

If anyone in the community would like to participate and drop off shoes, they are welcome.
