Le St. Germain Hotel Becoming Courtyard by Marriott in March

ST. CLOUD - The Le St. Germain Hotel is transforming to become a Courtyard Suites by Marriott, which will open in March.

The building lobby is being remodeled to add more flexibility, technology and space. Hotel management says the rooms and floors will also be updated. The hotel will continue operating through the updates.

As part of the transition, 5th Avenue Grille inside the hotel will be replaced by a new bistro. The bistro will offer breakfast and dinner options, an evening bar and specialty drinks with Starbucks coffee.

The hotel, located at 404 West St Germain Street, was sold in 2012. The Graves Hospitality Corporation sold the property for $6.2 million. The CEO of Graves Hospitality is Jim Graves, a former candidate for 6th District Congress and St. Cloud native.
