ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud Relay For Life is coming-up next month, and while teams have been busy raising money for the American Cancer Society all year long, there are still ways for you to be a part of the event.

Spokeswoman Kim Orn says they want all cancer survivors to join them.

We celebrate the survivors.  We want them out there to be recognized.  They take that first lap around the track, which is so moving.

Orn also reminds you that the whole event is open to everyone, and there will be ways for you to donate to the cause that evening.

They can buy a luminary bag that night.  There's on-site fundraisers for food and games, all of that..

The St. Cloud Relay For Life is Friday, June 9th from 6:00 until midnight at Apollo High School. Their goal this year is to raise $136,000.

And, Orn says you can continue to help Relay For Life the next day on Saturday, June 10th by volunteering at the Insane Inflatables 5K.

So if anyone would like to be a part of that day, come out and volunteer. The time is 7:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. You might work on registration, bag check, giving out water...

Orn says St. Cloud Relay For Life will get $50 for every person that volunteers with them at the Insane Inflatables 5K. You can call her directly to sign-up at (320) 493-9669.
