Clearwater is a town in northwestern Wright County with a small portion in Stearns County in Central Minnesota. Clearwater is located along Interstate 94 and State Highway 24. The community is 12 miles southeast of St. Cloud, 16 miles northwest of Monticello and 16 miles north of Annandale. The population of Clearwater is 1,922.
