Cass County Deaths Were Apparent Murder-Suicide
WALKER, Minn. (AP) - Authorities in northern Minnesota say the deaths of two men who were fatally shot in a home near Walker appear to be a case of murder-suicide.
Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch says the victims have been identified as 57-year-old Leo Jordan and 60-year-old David Smith, both of Walker.
The shooting happened May 12. Authorities got a call for medical assistance at a home near Walker and arrived to find both men with apparent gunshot wounds.
Jordan was taken to a Fargo, North Dakota, hospital, where he died. Smith was dead at the home.
