Winter Parking Restrictions Set to End

ST. CLOUD -- It's a sure sign that "Old Man Winter" can't hang on forever...winter parking restrictions will be lifted as of 12:01 a.m. tomorrow (Tuesday).

It means St. Cloud residents can again park on either side of the street unless regulated by parking signs.

It also means the no overnight parking restrictions will be lifted in Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Waite Park and St. Joseph too.
