ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Minutes before he was fatally shot, a 25-year-old went to Facebook - and posted that someone was talking about shooting him.
Reports say that Lamar Hale posted at about noon Wednesday that a man was talking "about when he see me he shooting me down."
At 12:08 p.m., police responded to a report of a person shot in St. Paul. Hale died at the hospital. Police said he had been shot in the chest.
A 24-year-old man was arrested. Chevaze Darrell Ward was charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
According to the complaint, Ward and Hale are cousins and had been arguing about money. A witness told police Hale punched Ward and tried to pull him from a car, and Ward then shot Hale.
