Verndale Man Hurt in Farm Accident

GERMANIA TOWNSHIP - A rural Verndale man was hurt in a farm accident on Friday.

The Todd County Sheriff's Department says the incident happened at about 6:20 p.m. in Germania Township.

Thomas Pickar was trying to clear a plugged blower on a chopper, when his hand got caught in the implement.

The extent of his injuries are not known.
