Tigers Beat Twins, Duensing 8-4
The Twins lost 8-4 to the Tigers Tuesday night. Brian Duensing threw 6 innings with 8 hits and 5 earned runs allowed to take the loss and drop to 2-8. Josh Willingham hit a 3-run homerun for the Twins. Willingham now has 30 homeruns setting a new single-season career high. Ben Revere was 2-5 with a run scored for Minneosta.
Miguel Cabrera was 3-5 with a run scored and 2 RBIs for the Tigers. Detroit scored 2 runs in the first, 2nd and 9th innings. The Twins are 50-66 this season.
