The Tech football team will play home games this season at St. Cloud State's Husky Stadium.  Tech head coach Gregg Martig told Emmett Keenan on St. Cloud Sports Saturday on AM 1390-the Fan that large amounts of mold was detected in both the locker rooms and concession stands at Clarke Field.  A decision has been made by the school district to play away from Clarke Field this season.

A decision on the future of Clarke Field has not been made.  The Tech Tigers have been playing home games at Clarke Field since 1942.  Tech is 1-1 on the season and is scheduled to play at SCSU against Grand Rapids next Friday night.  Cathedral plays their home football games at SCSU and Foley did while their field was being redone.  Sartell played a home game at SCSU last week because their field is being re-sodded.
