St. Cloud police have arrested a 32-year-old Anoka man for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend. Officers were called to a parking lot in the 1800 block of West St. Germain Street just before 1:00 a.m. this (Friday) morning.

Jewelry and a safe were stolen from a north St. Cloud home. Officers were called to the 800 block of 37th Avenue North just after 4:00 p.m. yesterday (Wednesday).

Police say a specialized bike has been stolen in North St. Cloud. Officers were called to the 1200 block of 13th Street North at about 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

St. Cloud police have arrested a 53-year-old man for an alleged break-in and assault. The incident happened at about 3:00 a.m. this (Friday) morning in the 100 block of East St. Germain Street.

A 33-year-old St. Cloud man has been arrested during a traffic stop early this (Wednesday) morning. Officers stopped Robert Petterson's vehicle for a stop sign violation at about 1:15 a.m. in the 2300 block of 5th Street North.

St. Cloud police have released the name of the woman who was hit and killed by a train. They says 37-year-old Sharlean Laitinen of St. Cloud was been killed by a train.

An 18-year-old St. Cloud man has been hurt after losing control of the motorcycle he was driving. St. Cloud police say the incident happened just after 6:30 p.m. last (Sunday) night in the 3600 block of 255th Street.

A convicted felon was arrested in St. Cloud Thursday after leading police on a short chase. The incident happened just before 11:00 p.m. Thursday when St. Cloud Police tried to pull over a car for an equipment violation.

A Little Falls man is jailed in Benton County for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend. St. Cloud Police say they were called to the 100 block of 14th Avenue Northeast Thursday after a woman reported her boyfriend assaulted her.

A man has been arrested for allegedly having marijuana as well as other illegal items.
