St. Cloud Police have four people in custody stemming from an armed robbery Wednesday afternoon. Police were called to 700 block of 14th Street South after two victims said they were robbed at gunpoint inside their townhome.

Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon. St. Cloud police say the incident happened just before 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of 2nd Street South and West St. Germain Street.

A 19-year-old is looking for some new friends, and after being hit and robbed by two acquaintances. The Waite Park man says he was walking the two intoxicated acquaintances home when they turned on him, struck him and took his money.

St. Cloud Tech High School is locked down as St. Cloud Police search the nearby neighborhood. Police have not indicated why they are searching the area, but school district officials confirm it is not associated with students or staff inside the school.

Three vehicles were involved in a crash on Highway 23 in St. Cloud yesterday (Thursday) afternoon. The incident happened just after 3:30 p.m. at the intersection with 14th Avenue South.

A 23-year-old Minneapolis man says he was robbed at gunpoint while sitting in his vehicle in south St. Cloud. The victim says the incident happened at about 8:15 p.m. last (Wednesday) night in the 800 block of 13th Street South.

A man who was stopped for running a red light ended-up getting arrested. St. Cloud police stopped 20-year-old Curtis Marshik of St. Cloud just before midnight last (Wednesday) night at the intersection of East St. Germain and Riverside Drive Northeast.

The St. Cloud police department investigated a couple of burglaries over the weekend. First, officers were called to the 500 block of 12th Street South just after 11:00 p.m. on Saturday. Then, at about 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, police were called to the 5800 block of Sandy Drive for a burglary.

A 22-year-old Clearwater man is in the Benton County Jail. St. Cloud police arrested Timothy Gilles just after 11:30 last (Wednesday) night at the Thrifty Motel at 14th Avenue Northeast.

A 31-year-old St. Cloud man has been arrested for allegedly trying to strangle is girlfriend. The 40-year-old victim told police she was attacked by Charles Rainey.
