Kids will get to experience snow days in Sartell this school year

The warmer than normal winter has led to little to no school late starts or closings. St. Cloud School Superintendent Laurie Putnam joined me on WJON this week. Putnam says the lack of snow days does not affect their school schedule.

Winter is off to a brutal start in Minnesota, so much so that some schools have already used their allotted snow days.

Students in the St. Cloud Area School District will see the return of online learning days in place of at least some of their potential snow days this winter.

St. Cloud School Superintendent Willie Jett joined me on WJON today. He says Tech High School will have an e-learning day Friday. The e-learning day Friday will prepare them for possible e-learning days this winter in case of snow days.
