St. Cloud Superintendent Bruce Watkins has announced his retirement - again. Watkins says he informed the school board of his decision during last (Thursday) night's meeting.

Enrollment continues to increase in the St. Cloud Area School District. There are just over 9,750 students enrolled this year -- that's 68 more than last year.
