St. Paul police have released the name of a 25-year-old man who was found shot to death in a city park. Authorities identify the victim as Jerome Edward Hall Jr. of St. Paul.

A jury in St. Paul on Tuesday found 58-year-old Neal Zumberge, of New Brighton, guilty of first-degree premeditated murder and other charges in the May 2014 shooting of Todd Stevens - who was arguing with Zumberge's wife, Paula - and of the attempted murder of Steven's girlfriend, Jennifer Damerow-Cleven.
