St. Cloud Road Project Updates with the Steves [AUDIO]

St. Cloud City Engineer Steve Foss and St. Cloud Assistant Public Works Director Steve Lawrence joined me on WJON today for a Radio Town Hall Meeting.  The two addressed questions from listeners which included work on Veterans Drive (8th street), 22nd street south, 16th street, a downtown parking garage update and information about city compost bags.  Listen to parts 1 and 2 below.
