Signing Day: Apollo’s Koffi Set To Suit Up For SCSU Football [VIDEO]

Apollo High School football and basketball standout Jeremy Koffi signed a letter of intent to play football at St. Cloud State under coach Scott Underwood following his senior year at AHS.

Koffi started for three years at Apollo and was team captain during his 2013 senior season. A two-time AHS defensive MVP, Koffi helped lead the Eagles to their first conference crown in nearly 20 years.

Koffi, who set a school record with a 76 yard touchdown run against Sauk Rapids in 2013, was named to the All Central Lakes Conference team in 2013.
