ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - DFL candidate for governor Rebecca Otto says she'll push for a $15 statewide minimum wage by 2023.

Otto's plan released Thursday would gradually increase the state's floor wage from its current $9.65 an hour to $15, with $1 steps each year.

Otto also wants to offer residents free tuition at Minnesota's 2-year colleges.
