Police Arrest Suspect In City Hall Burglary Case
ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud Police have arrested the squatter who was found at City Hall last week.
Police found and arrested 21-year-old William Brim in a stairwell at the Kelly Inn.
Police say Brim was seen entering or leaving an air duct at City Hall last Wednesday that prompted authorities to lock down the building and evacuate staff. Brim is also a suspect in the recent burglaries at City Hall.
Police say Brim had been seen numerous times in downtown St. Cloud and at homeless shelters before the City Hall incident.
He was arrested at 2:30 this afternoon.
