Nearly 600 Senior Citizens Invited To This Year’s Dinner With Santa Event

ST. CLOUD - Chicken, potatoes, dessert and beverages will be just a few choices seniors can choose from at this year's 30th annual Dinner with Santa. Monday at 5 p.m. all of the festivities will begin at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in St. Cloud.

Event Coordinator Jill Magelssen says her team at Express Employment Professionals takes care of the coordinating with the nursing homes to make sure everyone arrives and leaves safely.

Dinner with Santa started in 1985 and original founder Bill Foussard says that the event has grown so much over the years and it has made a huge impact on senior citizens and the community.

Nearly 600 residents and helpers from 25 senior community locations in the area are invited to the event. Dinner with Santa continues its mission to spread holiday cheer to seniors.
