Margaret L. Goldenstein, 84, of Outing, MN died on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, MN. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Swanburg Lutheran Church in Pine River, MN at 11:00AM with Pastor Joan Gunderman officiating. Interment will be at Swanburg Lutheran Cemetery.

Margaret was born on May 8, 1930 in Brainerd, MN to Hilmar and Zella (Beavers) Sata. She attended school at Pequot Lakes High School. Margaret married Kenneth Goldenstein on September 25, 1947. She enjoyed gardening, picking berries, trapping turtles, and fishing. Margaret loved spending time with her family playing games and cards. She liked to travel and do embroidery.

Margaret is survived by her children, Bruce (Jackie), Vickie (Keith), Marlayne, Rodney (Barb), and Sandra (Dale); sister, Hazel Rowe; eleven grandchildren; and many many great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Greg; husband, Kenneth; granddaughter, Rebecca; and son-in-law, Steve. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN.
