Marco Inc. Planning New Headquarters Near I-94

St. CLOUD -- Marco Inc. in St. Cloud is working to move its headquarters from its Division Street location to a new 6 1/2 acre site off of Interstate 94.

Marco CEO Jeff Gau says plans have not yet been finalized as they await approval on a $982,000 tax abatement package.

But, he says they have the site picked out that will help the company in a couple of ways.  He says it would help them with visibility to be along a busy interstate corridor.  It would provide them with a showroom to display their products.  And, it would also provide more staff and office space.

The proposed new facility will be a $6-million, 70,000 square foot building that's a combination of half warehouse and half office space.
