Gopher Women’s Basketball Tops Denver

The Gopher women's basketball team defeated Denver 74-51 Wednesday night.  Rachel Banham led the Gophers with 21 points and 7 rebounds and Micaella Riche had 19 points and 6 rebounds for Minnesota.  The Gophers shot 51 percent while Denver shot 28 percent.

Minnesota is 7-3 overall and will host Missouri-Kansas City Friday night at 7pm, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:30.
