Gopher Women’s Basketball Lose To Purdue

The Gopher women's basketball team lost 72-55 at home against #17 Purdue Thursday night.  Katie Loberg led the Gophers with 18 points and Rachel Banham added 11 points and 10 rebounds for Minnesota.  Brittany Rayburn had 38 points including 12 made 3-pointers for Purdue.  The 12-made 3-pointers for Rayburn ties a NCAA record.

The Gopher women's basketball team is 10-8 overall and 2-2 in the Big Ten.  Minnesota will play at Michigan at 11am Sunday.
