MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The family of a man who died following a standoff with police in a St. Paul suburb is demanding authorities release squad car and body camera video of the incident.

Few details about the death of 23-year-old Isak Aden have been released as the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigates who fired the shot or shots that killed the Columbia Heights man last Tuesday.

One of Aden's siblings, Badrudin Aden, urged the BCA to release the evidence during a news conference Monday called by the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

The BCA says it can't release information about the shooting until it's through with the investigation. Minnesota Public Radio News reports the agency says the family will be offered a chance to see some evidence before it's released to the public.
