Construction on Highway 15 Will Cause Delays

HUTCHINSON -- Drivers will encounter some traffic delays the next few weeks on a stretch of Highway 15.

An overlay project is scheduled to begin tomorrow (Monday). Crews will be paving the road on Highway 15 from Hutchinson to Dassel, causing traffic to be directed through the work zone by a pilot car.

The overlay project is expected to be finished by August 7th.

MnDOT reminds drivers to slow down and pay attention when travelling through work zones. Those caught speeding could face a $300 fine.
