The third annual Takin' It To The Streets is set for August 1st, and will feature four bands, one of which remains a mystery. The event will be held along 5th Ave. in downtown St. Cloud in front of the Pioneer Place, and in the House of Pizza parking lot. VIP and Early Bird tickets go on sale next Monday.

This weekend we start the year long celebration of Art Crawls in downtown St. Cloud. Saint John's Prep is also hitting the stage with the Broadway musical Oliver. A Grammy award winning string quartet is making appearances in schools, a fundraiser, and a concert, while the CSB/SJU Theatre Departments once again take to the stage.

The Weekender features a St. Patrick's Day celebration. Dance and celebrate the Irish holiday with Little Fall's own Battlelegs. Steel Magnolias is also is hitting the stage this weekend, and you can catch a ballet that's in town for one night.

Minnesota Native comedian Bob Larson makes a stop in St. Cloud, as well as American Folk band The Kingston Trio. This weekend also pays tribute to one of the members of The Beatles.

This weekend is full of tributes to great musicians, including Simon & Garfunkel, and Elton John. There is also a performance by two great musicians on violin, and piano, along with much more in The Weekender.

The St. Cloud State University Music Department is hosting its second MNMade Festival, which celebrates electronic instruments. There are two concerts as part of the festival, which will feature this year's robot, as well as last year's robot. The concerts will also feature works by Troy Rogers, and Tim Keiser.

Levi Pelzer got a call from a producer in Nashville back in November. Two months later he finished recording his first album at OmniSound Studios in downtown Nashville. His album release is scheduled for later this year.

The Fabulous Armadillos are performing at Pioneer Place on 5th.
