Big Weekend For Ice Fishing in Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA -- The 2nd biggest ice fishing tournament in the state will be held this weekend in Alexandria.

The 11th annual "Alexandria Ice Fishing Challenge" is Saturday on Lake Agnes.  This is a new location for the tournament.

Also new this year is that all of the winners will receive cash prizes -- including $10,000 for the biggest fish caught.

A special youth expo will be held from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m., with the tournament beginning at noon.

Parking is available at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
