Marcus Barshaw to Undergo Mental Examination

The man accused of shooting and killing a Rockville man has been ordered to undergo a mental competency examination. A Stearns County Judge ordered the exam for 28-year-old Marcus Barshaw in court today (Friday) to determine if he was competent at the time of the shooting.

Update: Bail Set at $3 Million for Marcus Barshaw

Bail has been set at today (Thursday) $3 million for Marcus Barshaw, the man accused of allegedly shooting and killing Jeffery Schutz of Rockville. Twenty-eight-year-old Barshaw made his first appearance in Stearns County Court, for the shooting incident that happened in the early morning hours on Sunday, October 21st.
