After a cloudy and dreary weekend, an active weather pattern is forecast to unfold for next week. A slow moving low pressure system will bring rain to the area late Sunday night and Monday, followed by a transition to mainly snow Monday night and Tuesday.
Today (Saturday) The WJON news team continues our countdown of the Top 10 local news stories of 2014. Coming in at number nine is the string of summertime shootings in St. Cloud. The summer of 2014 will go down as one of the more violent ones in St. Cloud's history.
Students at Sauk Rapids Middle School took part in their annual food drive - a schoolwide competition that collects food for Catholic Charities. The food drive is headed by the middle school's student council, including presidents Staci Meyer and Chase Christensen.
