A man has been hospitalized, and a bar bouncer arrested, after an altercation at a downtown St. Cloud bar. St. Cloud police say just before 2:00 a.m. Sunday officers working in the area were flagged down by pedestrians regarding an unconscious man that was bleeding from the head.
