St. Cloud Man Indicted on Gun Charges

A St. Cloud man faces 15 years in a federal prison after he was found with a gun on a city bus. Authorities say 33-year-old Bryant Griffin is a convicted felon who is prohibited from having a gun.

Wind Advisory Until 7:00 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory. It will be in effect until 7:00 p.m. tonight (Thursday) from St. Cloud south and west. Alexandria, Willmar and Litchfield are also included in the advisory.

Rivetts Sentenced in Fatal Hummer Crash

The driver of a Hummer that struck and killed a motorist near Opole in August of 2009 has been sentenced to 10 years in prison. The sentencing of 44-year-old Eugene Rivetts ends a 2-and-a-half year saga as to who was the driver of the Hummer.

The United Way of Central Minnesota has selected Patrick Powell of Omaha, Nebraska as their new leader.

Little Falls Woman Sues City Over Political Yard Signs

A Little Falls woman is suing the city after officials ordered her to remove the political signs in her yard. Robin Hensel's lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court, says the city violated her constitutional right to free speech last fall by ordering her to remove the signs, which supported the Occupy Wall Street and peace movements.
