ST. CLOUD -- Bail has been set at today (Thursday) $3 million for Marcus Barshaw, the man accused of allegedly shooting and killing Jeffery Schutz of Rockville.

Twenty-eight-year-old Barshaw made his first appearance in Stearns County Court, for the shooting incident that happened in the early morning hours on Sunday, October 21st.

He's been charged with Second Degree Murder.

Barshaw allegedly shot 30-year-old Schutz six times.  Barshaw was then shot three times by a Stearns County Deputy, after he allegedly refused to drop his guns and surrender.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be filed.  His next court appearance is set for Thursday, November 15th.
