Two St. Cloud men were arrested early this morning after a traffic stop. Police pulled a car over near University Drive and 5th Avenue South at about 2:45 a.m. for expired tabs. Police say the driver, 19-year-old Travis Manske had been drinking and had five pills of a prescription drug on him but no prescription.

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety says there will be added officers on the road over Super Bowl weekend, in search of drunken drivers. Authorities say more than 1,400 motorists were arrested for drunken driving during Super Bowl weekends from 2007 through 2009.
