St. Cloud Man Arrested, Held on Charges of First Degree DWI

ST. CLOUD - A St. Cloud man is in Stearns County Jail on charges of felony-level DWI.

St. Cloud Police report they stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of 25th Avenue South yesterday around 4:45 p.m after witnessing traffic violations and receiving a citizen complaint.

The driver of the vehicle, 54 year-old Richard Graf was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

He's also being held on charges of open container and violation of driver's license restrictions.
