Authorities Conduct DWI Enforcement On Hwy 15

Police Car LightsST. CLOUD — Officers from several area police departments, sheriff’s departments and Minnesota State Patrol conducted a special DWI saturation patrol Saturday night on Highway 15.

Officers heavily patrolled Highway 15 from Sartell to the city of Kimball.

113 vehicles were stopped, a total of seven people were arrested including four for DWI. Other citations issued included nine seatbelt violations, two speeding tickets and three move-over law violations.

Meanwhile, the St. Cloud Police Department says their December drunk driving enforcement wave netted 44 impaired drivers.
