Early this morning one of our Chanhassen Deputies arrested a party who was trying to match his speed to his Blood Alcohol level… two very dangerous combinations that earned a night in jail.

The Carver County Sheriff's Office posted the two pictures that showed a radar screen, followed by the picture of a breathalyzer.

The driver was clocked going 104 miles an hour with a BAC of .124, more than the legal limit of .08.

Minnesota's legal limit for impaired driving is .08, but any amount of alcohol can impair your driving abilities, and you don't need to be over .08 to be arrested in Minnesota, that is up to the law enforcement officer.
