ST. CLOUD -- Two St. Cloud men were arrested early this morning after a traffic stop.

Police pulled a car over near University Drive and 5th Avenue South at about 2:45 a.m. for expired tabs.

Police say the driver, 19-year-old Travis Manske had been drinking and had five pills of a prescription drug on him but no prescription. A breathalyzer showed he had a blood-alcohol content of 0.09. He was arrested on suspicion of 4th degree DWI and 5th degree possession of a controlled substance.

Manske's passenger, 20-year-old Benjamin Haws was arrested for minor consumption.
