A 35-year-old Champlin man was arrested in St. Cloud for allegedly selling drugs. The Central Minnesota Drug and Gang Task Force completed a control buy from Jeremy Hoover at about 3:00 p.m. yesterday (Wednesday) near the intersection of Highway 15 and 2nd Street South in St. Cloud.
