The St. Cloud Police Department has released the number of citations given during the three-day move-in weekend at St. Cloud State University.

Two St. Cloud men were arrested early this morning after a traffic stop. Police pulled a car over near University Drive and 5th Avenue South at about 2:45 a.m. for expired tabs. Police say the driver, 19-year-old Travis Manske had been drinking and had five pills of a prescription drug on him but no prescription.
