USDA Rural Development Offers Assistance For Home Repairs
Low-interest loans and grants are available for low-income residents of rural Minnesota. They're available for basic repairs, installation of essential features, and to remove health or safety hazards from your home.
The maximum loan amount is $20,000, and the maximum grant amount is $7,500. Applicants must live in towns with populations 20,000 or smaller.
