St. Cloud police arrested a 51-year-old St. Cloud man after he allegedly threatened two people with a tree trimming blade. Paul Forcia is accused of swinging the blade in the direction of a 61-year-old Nevis man.
Three people have been arrested for allegedly trying to hit three people with a metal pipe. The victims say a vehicle drove past them, and one of the occupants leaned out and tried to hit all three with the pipe.
St. Cloud police are investigating a possible burglary. A girl told officers she came home from school and found the back door had been kicked open, she said she heard voices coming from inside the home.
The St. Cloud Police Department is conducting a training exercise at North Junior High today (Friday). The training will be from 10:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Two people have been arrested after a search warrant was conducted in North St. Cloud. Officers found a number of stolen items inside the garage and the home. A 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old Martell Burson of St. Cloud were arrested.
The homeowners had been out of town for several days, when they returned home the found several thousand dollars worth of electronics and other personal property had been stolen from a vehicle while it was parked in the driveway.
A kayak stolen from a California man who was passing through St. Cloud on a 10-week trip down the Mississippi River has been discovered in the Elk River.
- Someone stole copper from an Xcel Energy substation. The thieves cut through a perimeter fence and cut about 64 feet of copper cable from the power transformers.
A 19-year-old St. Cloud man has been arrested for allegedly cutting another man during a fight. Officers were called to the 500 block of 15th Avenue Southeast in St. Cloud at about 1:00 a.m. this (Wednesday) morning.
