Work on the Highway 23 project between St. Cloud and Foley will prompt a change in the way motorists access Benton County Road 4. Weather permitting, that access will change either tomorrow or Friday.
Our heavy rain this past weekend has caused a detour on Highway 23 in east St. Cloud to be extended. Traffic is being detoured via Wilson Avenue, East St. Germain Street, and Lincoln Avenue.
