Tuesday's election could dramatically change the complexion of the state's congressional delegation. Democratic U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan tried to hang on to his northeastern Minnesota district in an expensive race against political newcomer Stewart Mills.

Control of the 134-member Minnesota House hinges on fewer than two dozen races. The party that wins 68 or more seats in Tuesday's election will have a huge say in what advances in the Legislature and a bearing on how the governor's agenda fares for the next two years.

At news conference in St. Paul Friday, he said an early investigation shows it was breached by outsiders but they haven't identified who did it.
