Whether or not the Sartell-St. Stephen School District builds a new High School is in the hands of voters on Tuesday. The one-question referendum is asking for $105.8 million in bond funding for the new school and for updates to buildings district-wide.

The Sartell-St. Stephen school board has elected a new chair for 2015. Krista Durrwachter was elected chair on Monday night and has served on the board since 2013.

The Sartell-St. Stephen School district is frustrated with a state requirement to start school after Labor Day. The Holiday won't be until September 7th this year, the latest day it can land.

The Sartell-St. Stephen school district received high marks on its community feedback survey.
