After years of debate, whether or not St. Cloud will be building a new Technical High School is finally in the hands of the voters. The referendum vote will be taking place tomorrow (Tuesday), with polls open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. There are 13 polling places throughout the district.
