A man and three boys have been arrested in connection with the beating of a St. Paul man who is now in critical condition.

Authorities say two people have been arrested in the slaying of a 79-year-old church volunteer who was found dead in her Willmar home.

Police arrest and charged a man with two counts of disorderly conduct, obstructing legal process, and fleeing police on foot on Saturday.

Viking running back Adrian Peterson was arrested in Houston, Texas for resisting arrest and for alledgedly pushing a police officer. Peterson was at a bar early Saturday morning and refused to leave when all patrons were asked to do so. He got into an argument with a police officer and was tackled to the ground after he alledgedly pushed an officer.

A man has been arrested for allegedly selling methamphetamine. Investigators fron the Central Minnesota Drug and Task Force conducted a 6th month investigation on 29 year old Michael Finken of Freeport.

A man suspected of placing fraudulent calls to 911 is in custody on two counts of making terroristic threats. 36 year old Dexter Bingham Jr. of Sauk Rapids is suspected of making 6 calls to 911 between January 1st and February 25th. The latest was a bomb threat made to a Sauk Rapids Elementary school.
