Stearns County to Auction Off 100+ Properties

ST. CLOUD - Stearns County will host a tax-forfeited property auction on Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Stearns County Service Center in Waite Park.

Over 100 properties will be for sale in the auction, most of which are in the cities of Sartell and St. Cloud. There will also be properties from Melrose, Richmond, Eden Valley, Belgrade, St. Joseph and Sauk Centre up for sale.

Three of the properties have residential structures and the others are vacant lots.

Some properties are grouped together, making them suitable for developers.

Sale signs are now up on all properties. Those interested can find a map showing the locations for sale on the Stearns County website.
